Our Process

Providing a full-service product development solution requires a deep, strategically placed operation. At the front end of the process, our U.S. team oversees each account, identifies the specific product details, and ensures that they meet the customer’s styling, costing, timing, and quantity needs.

Once a style is adopted, it is handed over to our merchandising and logistics office in Hong Kong, which oversees the approvals, production, and shipping of the goods. Finally, before it is shipped, our inspectors in the local production markets perform their own inspections to assure quality.
