Keeping the entire production process on-track and ensuring that delivery dates are met is a challenging job that is performed by our very experienced and proactive fulfillment team.
Each customer is assigned a fulfillment specialist who acts as a hub between the development, production, account management and the customer to process orders, oversee time and action calendars, and provide customer service.
Logistics
Our logistics team is based in the U.S. and Hong Kong and is responsible for ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery of finished goods. In addition to coordinating documentation, freight, and U.S. Customs clearance, this group also ensures full compliance with each customer’s packaging and shipping requirements.
