Michael Buscher
President
Prior to starting MB Sport, Michael Buscher spent 20 years in retail and wholesale apparel sales. Michael began his career in retail sales in New Canaan, CT. After leaving Bob’s, Michael sold wholesale and private-label apparel to leading retail accounts across the United States and Canada. Michael started MB Sport in 1992.
Steven Kirsch
VP Sales & Development
Steven began working for a family-owned clothing retailer/wholesaler in 1992. During his tenure there, he served in a number of capacities including sales, marketing, operations, and product development. In 2000, Steven left the position of Vice President of Sales to join MB Sport. Since 2000, Steven has been instrumental in driving the company’s sales, operations, and product development functions.
Dirk Dunlap
VP Operations & Finance
Dirk joined MB Sport in 2003 to lead the company’s financial and accounting management and has since assumed account management, operations, and administrative respon-sibilities. Before joining MB Sport, Dirk spent five years working in business development for an international import/export company, attended business school, and helped lead the development of two successful start-up companies.
Alfred Lam
Director, Hong Kong
Alfred joined MB Sport as the Director of its Hong Kong office in 2000. After graduating from design school in Paris, Alfred returned to Hong Kong to become a senior level merchandiser. Alfred’s role with MB Sport continues to grow as the company builds more infrastructure overseas.
